We offer support on a range of products including carpet cleaners, whether it be a technical question or a repair/call out.

Can I lease a carpet cleaner?
A lease purchase option is available for all of the machines we sell which have a purchase price of more than £1000 plus VAT. Leasing packages can start from as little as £25 per month. Short term rental arrangements are available for those customers who could collect machinery from our Kent based trade counter.
What if I want more advice?
This isn't a problem with us. We have an experienced customer care team which is available to answer queries or accept telephone orders on 01622 714800 between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm on Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and Saturday mornings. Furthermore, customers can call in to our showroom at Paragon House, St Michaels Close, Aylesford, Kent, ME20 7BU.
What if I am not satisfied once I have bought my carpet cleaner?
We at Express Cleaning Supplies pride ourselves on the good advice and service offered, we will always try to ensure that you buy the correct machine for you and your requirements. We do have a returns policy but any goods ordered by the buyer subsequently returned to Express Cleaning Supplies for any reason other than faulty manufacture, will be subject to a restocking charge equal to 15% of the invoice value of the goods.
